7. Software supplied should be the latest versions and any up gradations in the Software to be given free of cost for
three years.
8. All standard accessories that would be supplied with the system should be clearly mentioned in the offer. Other
required accessories may be offered separately as options.
9. The principals / local agents are responsible for the installation, testing and commissioning of the main system
and accessories which should be carried out immediately after receipt of the system. Integration of the main
system with the accessories, checking the specifications, training the users to be done at the site free of cost.
10. Please indicate the year in which the model was introduced in the market and confirm whether the spares and
consumables for the system would be available for a minimum period of 10 years.
11. Pre-installation and utility requirements for installation and running the system should be clearly mentioned.
12. Availability of local service support and response time for a service call during and after warranty to be specified.
13. Alternate models, accessories and options if any to be offered separately with break-up-costs and indicating
differences / advantages between various models.
14. Warranty for the entire system and accessories to be clearly mentioned. A two years comprehensive extended
warranty cost including parts and labour to be included in the option in addition to the standard warranty.
15. Copies of Scientific papers, references where similar models as the offered system has been used should be
enclosed
16. List of users in India of the similar models as the one(s) offered along with the names, addresses, telephone
numbers and mail ID’s to be enclosed separately.
17. Demonstration of similar models as the one(s) offered to e given on request at other customer sites.
18. In-depth service training on the repair and maintenance of the system to be provided for two Instrumentation
personnel of CCMB at the manufacturers facilities. The training to be offered free of cost including the to and fro
airfare from Hyderabad to the place of training, boarding, lodging and all living expenses.
19. All other clauses of payment details validity of quotation, delivering schedule, shipment etc… to be indicated.
20. Technical presentations of the systems offered are to be made on request from CCMB.
21. Typical samples provided to be imaged and analyzed on similar systems at other customer sites and given to
CCMB for evaluation.
22. Selection of the system would be based on the response to all the above points apart from technical
specifications, features, proven support & service and suitability to CCMB’s requirements. Please
therefore respond to all the points.
