l) Please indicate the year in which the model was introduced in the market and confirm whether the spares and
consumables for the system would be available for a minimum period of 10 years.
m) Pre-installation and utility requirements for installation and running the system should be clearly mentioned.
n) Availability of local service support and response time for a service call during and after warranty to be specified.
o) Copies of scientific papers, references wherein offered models have been used should be enclosed.
p) List of users in India of the offered models along with the names, addresses, telephone numbers and e-mail ID’s
to be enclosed separately.
q) Demonstration of similar models as the one(s) offered to be given on request at other customer sites.
r) Technical presentations on the systems offered are to be made on request from CCMB.
s) Typical sample provided to be analysed on similar systems at other customer sites and given to CCMB for
evaluation (on request).
t) Operating Voltage: The Entire system and accessories should work on 220/230V@50Hz.
Selection of the system would be based on the response to all the above important clauses apart from the
proven technical specifications and features, support, service and suitability to CCMB’s requirements. Please
therefore respond to all the points. All the specifications and points should be supported by the original
literature/brochure.
