Canolbwyntir ar feysydd allweddol megis sgiliau<br />

rhyngbersonol a gwasanaeth cwsmer. Rhoddir cyfle i<br />

fyfyrwyr i ddatblygu sgiliau a fydd yn eu cynorthwyo<br />

wrth iddynt adeiladu perthnasau gydag amrediad o gwsmeriaid.<br />

Mae cyflogwyr yn gwerthfawrogi gweithwyr sydd yn gallu cyfathrebu’n effeithiol,<br />

ar lafar a gan ddefnyddio dulliau cyfathrebu electronig. Mae’r cymhwyster lefel<br />

2 mewn Busnes yn darparu myfyrwyr gyda’r cyfle i ddatblygu eu sgiliau<br />

BUSINESS: LEVEL 2<br />

The BTEC Firsts in Business have been designed to develop the knowledge and<br />

understanding that is required in the business world. Students will concentrate<br />

on key areas, including interpersonal skills and customer service. Throughout<br />

the course, students have the opportunity to develop skills to support them as<br />

they build relationships with a wide variety of customers.<br />

Business employers value employees who are able to communicate effectively<br />

both verbally and using electronic communication methods. The BTEC Firsts in<br />

Business provide opportunities for learners to develop their communication skills<br />

as they progress through the course. This can be both through presentations<br />

and discussions in which they have the opportunity to express their opinions.<br />

Local and national businesses are studied in order to provide students with real<br />

life case studies.<br />
