ICT: LEVEL 2
This BTEC qualification provides content and structures that help students to acquire
the skills and knowledge needed to work as professionals in the IT sector. Students
will study a variety of practical and theory-based units, which will develop students’
ICT skills.
ICT skills are essential within any organisation and the acquisition of these skills will
prove to be invaluable, for both further study and the workplace. Students will be
able to use spreadsheets, database and graphics software confidently by the end of
the course as well as being able to design and develop websites.
