Mae’r cymhwyster BTEC hwn yn rhoi’r cyfle i fyfyrwyr i<br />

ddatblygu’r sgiliau angenrheidiol yma.<br />

Mae’r cwrs yn rhoi blas galwedigaethol o’r diwydiant lletygarwch. Mae’n<br />

gyflwyniad i’r diwydiant lletygarwch, sy’n ymdrin ag elfennau craidd megis<br />

gwasanaeth cwsmer a diogelwch. Mae’r BTEC yn sylfaen addas i symud ymlaen i<br />

HOSPITALITY: LEVEL 2<br />

Certain skills in the Hospitaility industry are in great demand, including customer<br />

service skills, culinary skills and employability or ‘soft’ skills. This BTEC<br />

qualification seeks to address these areas and have been structured to<br />

encourage the acquisition and development of these skills.<br />

Thos course gives students a vocational taster of hospitality. It acts as an introduction<br />

to the hospitality industry as a whole, covering core elements necessary<br />

for all areas, such as customer service and safety. The course also provides a<br />

suitable foundation for progression to further study within this area, such as the<br />

BTEC Nationals in Hospitality, or learners completing these qualifications may<br />

seek employment in a wide range of businesses within the hospitality industry.<br />
