This debt was offset by a cash asset, which was refunded at the same time (see Note 23). Other current and non-current financial debt at 31 December 2007 primarily include the following: - share of debts to other shareholders of jointly held companies; - two medium-term financing facilities contracted by Mistergooddeal for the acquisition of premises for a total of € 0.4 million; - debt in the form of leases for € 0.7 million 26. Passifs financiers M6 entered into a M6 share forward purchase contract with a view to serving its free share allocation plans of 6 June 2006 and 2 May 2007. These forward purchase instruments will mature in June 2008 and May 2009.
