Hiroko Kimura. Born in 1939 Kimura san suffered from Cerebral Palsy<br />

at age two, this left her with a speech disability and damege to both<br />

arms and her right leg. This is the story <strong>of</strong> how she became an<br />

accomplished artist, poet, guesthouse owner and mother with only the<br />

use <strong>of</strong> her left toes. Her daily life is filmed along with interviews with<br />

family members and friends.<br />

Otsunegoten, Kogosho, the different sites within the Imperial palace. A<br />

shown. Towards the end, is the Festival, “Jidai Matsuri”, presenting<br />

the changes in customs taken place in the city through the years.<br />

From the Heian Period, to the Meiji Period stood the Imperial Palace, a<br />
