harvested acreage of corn,<br />

soybeans, wheat, oats, barley <strong>and</strong><br />

hay has increased 10 percent in<br />

<strong>Genesee</strong> <strong>County</strong> – slightly less<br />

than the increase seen in Orleans<br />

(+25%), but more than the change<br />

for Wyoming <strong>County</strong> (loss of 6%).<br />

Some of the increased acreage in<br />

<strong>Genesee</strong> <strong>County</strong> came from fewer<br />

acres of potatoes <strong>and</strong> dry beans.<br />
