2. Partially sighted - These candidates may be legally blind<br />

but have sufficient residual vision either to read printed<br />

material <strong>with</strong> the aid <strong>of</strong> enlarging devices or, as a minimum, to<br />

see the pattern or layout or graphs, charts, diagrams, etc.<br />

(possibly specially drawn on an enlarged scale <strong>with</strong> dark lines).<br />

Their vision may be limited in such a way that they can use it<br />

only in parts <strong>of</strong> the test and will need a reader or other aural<br />

means for the rest <strong>of</strong> the test.<br />
