1 ERRATUM – CLUB WIDE SURVEY 2009 (MAY/JUNE ISSUE)<br />
We apologise for an error stating that 3% of the surveyed<br />
members strongly agreed that they were satisfied with the<br />
range of Lifestyle activities organised by the <strong>Club</strong>.<br />
The figure should be 33%.<br />
2 COMPLIMENTARY CAR PARK PASSES<br />
Please be informed that complimentary car park passes<br />
are issued only to members whose registered vehicles<br />
are under repair. During the repair or change of Vehicle<br />
IU, proof of such activity has to be presented before a<br />
complimentary pass will be issued. Members’ cooperation<br />
in this matter is greatly appreciated.<br />
3 MEMBERS’ CREDIT LIMIT<br />
With the implementation of the <strong>Club</strong> Management<br />
System, members who exceed their credit limits will<br />
be automatically locked out from the system and no<br />
further billing can be made until outstanding arrears<br />
is cleared. Please note that lead time is required to reactivate<br />
the account. We seek your understanding and<br />
co-operation in keeping your account in credit so as to<br />
avoid any inconveniences.<br />
To apply for a higher credit limit, you may download the<br />
application form from the <strong>Club</strong>’s website, and submit the<br />
completed form to the Front Office at the Arrival Pavilion.<br />
4 OVERNIGHT PARKING FOR BICYCLES NOT ALLOWED<br />
We would like to seek members’ cooperation in refraining<br />
from parking their bicycles overnight in the <strong>Club</strong>’s premises.<br />
5 DISABLED PARKING AT SPORTS COMPLEX BASEMENT 2<br />
We would like to inform members that Disabled Parking<br />
is available at the Sports Complex Basement 2 car park<br />
for the elderly and disabled. Members are advised to<br />
make use of these facilities provided.<br />
6 CLOSURE OF POOL DUE TO MAINTENANCE<br />
We would like to remind members that maintenance for<br />
all swimming pools at Sports Complex and Recreation<br />
Complex is carried out every Wednesday from 10.00am to<br />
4.00pm. Members are advised to refrain from swimming<br />
in the pools during this period. Your cooperation is<br />
greatly appreciated.<br />
7 ELECTRONIC FREESTYLE ON WEBSITE<br />
We are pleased to inform that in accordance with the<br />
<strong>Club</strong>’s “Go Green” effort, we will be uploading eFreestyle<br />
onto the <strong>Club</strong>’s website. Please keep a lookout for the<br />
July/August issue of eFreestyle. Meanwhile, the <strong>Club</strong> is<br />
updating its members’ database so that members can<br />
receive emails on activities and notices in the near future.<br />
To update your details, please fill in the “Membership<br />
Register Updating Form” obtainable from the <strong>Club</strong>’s<br />
website and return it to the <strong>Club</strong> as soon as possible.<br />
8 CLOSURE OF CLUB FOR STAFF’S ANNUAL DINNER & DANCE<br />
Please be informed that the <strong>Club</strong> will be closed from<br />
4.00pm onwards on Monday, 2 August 2010 for its<br />
Staff’s Annual Dinner & Dance. We apologise for any<br />
inconvenience caused.<br />
Please be informed that complimentary locksets for<br />
bicycles are available for day use and are obtainable<br />
at the Security Counters at the Sports Complex and<br />
Recreation Complex.<br />
