At LEP Special Fasteners, Inc., we specialize in the<br />
manufacturing of standard and custom designed parts in<br />
a variety of ferrous and special alloy steels. LEP<br />

Since 1946, LEP has proven<br />
this commitment based on the<br />
foundation of price, quality,<br />
consistency and market awareness. In addition to<br />
supplying our distributors with standard products, our<br />
sales team works tirelessly to monitor industrial trends<br />
with a unique global awareness for future needs. Our key<br />
strength is identifying when the need for a new fastener<br />
will arise and building on that knowledge by investing in<br />
engineering and manufacturing as to have the<br />
product available ahead of the competition. LEP<br />
will then bring the product to market, on<br />
behalf of our Distributors, allowing them to<br />

At LEP, our developers and<br />
engineers work closely with our<br />
distributors and their customers<br />
(O. E. manufacturers) to identify<br />
emerging new products. Together<br />
we research, develop, prototype<br />
and test these products. During<br />
the initial product development,<br />
LEP undertakes a rigorous<br />
process based on Advanced<br />
Product Quality Planning, (APQP)<br />
used in the automotive industry.<br />
After the product meets our own<br />
stringent requirements our<br />
engineers meticulously test and<br />
spec the product on the<br />
customer’s production line,<br />
making any modifications that are<br />
required. Our attention to detail<br />
and commitment to after-sales is<br />
offered at no extra cost, all in the<br />
name of providing a quality<br />
product for the application.<br />

Distributors, in our doing this, is<br />
that it opens the existing market<br />
to them, which enables our<br />
Distributors to have more time in<br />
supplying the product rather than having to create sales<br />
