Accel ® Super Shaft Crank Pins, Pinion Shafts<br />
and Sprocket Shafts<br />
All shafts have a “no questions asked” lifetime replacement warranty to the<br />
consumer. If any Accel-branded shaft or pin fails at any time for any reason,<br />
they will replace it free to the consumer directly from their factory.<br />
Other features include:<br />
• 3-hole crank pin design distributes oil equally to both rod races<br />
• Annealed threads on shafts permit torquing up to 100 ft. pounds<br />
over the Original Equipment specifications<br />
• Machined from super-tough, aircraft-rated Durabar 60 steel<br />
and bearing surfaces are precision-ground to a 16 micron finish<br />
• Deep heat-treating provides rugged 60-63 Rockwell hardness<br />
• CNC machined tapers guarantee concentricity within .0003"<br />
Note: Only shafts branded with the Accel name are covered. Parts must be returned <strong>by</strong> consumer<br />
directly to Accel for inspection. Replacement warranty does not cover any related engine failures,<br />
labor claims, down time, or consequential damage and is limited to a free direct replacement of<br />
the part <strong>by</strong> the factory to the consumer.<br />
