1.10 Waiver of privacy right against third parties 第 三 者 に 対 するプライバシーの 権 利 放 棄
As far as permitted by law, all members of (ISC)² waive any privacy right, whether express or implied, against any third party
filing a claim against the member for breach of the (ISC)² Code of Ethics. This supports the unfettered reporting of unethical
activity of members.
法 で 認 められる 限 りにおいて、 明 示 または 黙 示 を 問 わず、『(ISC)² 倫 理 規 約 』に 違 反 したという 申 し 立 てを 行 うあらゆる 第 三 者 に 対 して、
全 (ISC)²メンバーは、あらゆるプライバシー 権 を 放 棄 します。この 放 棄 により、メンバーの 非 倫 理 的 な 行 動 に 関 する 報 告 が 自 由 になされる
ことになります。
2. EXAMINATION ADMINISTRATION 試 験 受 験 要 綱
2.1 General Information 一 般 事 項
Due to limited parking facilities at some sites, please allow ample time to park and reach the testing area.
大 体 の 会 場 では 駐 車 施 設 が 限 られているため、 駐 車 して 試 験 会 場 に 到 着 するまでの 時 間 に 十 分 な 余 裕 を 見 込 んでおいて 下 さい。
The typical schedule for the examination is described below, although each event may have a slightly different schedule
depending on the circumstances, hosting arrangement and site hours of operation. The doors to all examination rooms will
open at 11:00 a.m. Examination instructions will begin promptly at 11:30 a.m. All examinations will begin at approximately
12:00 p.m. The CISSP examination will end at approximately 6:00 p.m. All other examinations will end at approximately 3:00
p.m.
会 場 の 営 業 時 間 や 主 催 者 等 の 事 情 によって 尐 しずつ 異 なりますが、 通 常 の 試 験 スケジュールは 下 記 のとおりです。
試 験 会 場 への 入 室 は、 午 前 11 時 からです。 試 験 に 関 する 説 明 は 午 前 11 時 30 分 ちょうどに 開 始 します。 試 験 は、ほぼ 午 後 12 時 に 開 始 し、ほ
ぼ 午 後 6 時 に 終 了 します。CISSP 以 外 の 試 験 については、ほぼ 午 後 3 時 に 終 了 します。
Please note there will be no lunch break during the testing period of 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. However, you are permitted to
bring a snack with you. You may, at your option, take a break and eat your snack at the back of the examination room. No
additional time will be allotted for breaks.

Dress is “business casual” (neat...but certainly comfortable).

2.2 Examination Admittance 試 験 会 場 入 室
In order to be admitted to the examination, you MUST bring your admission documents and one government-issued photo
identification. The only acceptable forms of identification are a driver’s license, government-issued identification card, or
passport. No other written forms of identification will be accepted. You will not be admitted without proper identification.
試 験 会 場 への 入 室 には、 受 験 票 及 び 写 真 付 き 身 分 証 明 書 が 必 要 です。 運 転 免 許 証 、 政 府 発 行 の 身 分 証 明 書 、もしくはパスポートのみが 身 分
証 明 書 として 認 められます。その 他 の 身 分 証 明 書 の 形 式 は 認 められません。 適 正 な 身 分 証 明 書 がなければ、 入 室 は 認 められません。
2.3 Examination Security 試 験 上 のセキュリティ
Failure to follow oral and written instructions at the examination will result in your application being voided and forfeiture of your
registration fee. Conduct that results in a violation of security or disrupts the administration of the examination could result in
the confiscation of your test and dismissal from the examination. In addition, your examination will be considered void and will
not be scored. Examples of misconduct include, but are not limited to, the following: writing on anything other than designated
examination materials, writing after time is called, looking at another candidate’s examination materials, talking with other
candidates at any time during the examination period, and failing to turn in all examination materials before leaving the testing
room.

す。 試 験 中 におけるセキュリティ 違 反 となる 行 為 、もしくは 試 験 の 運 営 / 進 行 を 混 乱 させる 行 為 があった 場 合 、 解 答 用 紙 を 没 収 し、 試 験 会
場 からご 退 室 いただくこともあります。その 場 合 、 退 場 した 当 人 の 受 験 は 無 効 とみなされ、 採 点 は 行 なわれません。 違 反 行 為 の 例 としては、
指 定 の 試 験 用 紙 以 外 への 不 必 要 事 項 の 記 入 、 他 の 受 験 者 の 試 験 用 紙 の 覗 き 見 、 試 験 時 間 中 の 他 の 受 験 者 との 会 話 、 試 験 終 了 時 点 での 退 出 時
に 全 ての 試 験 関 連 用 紙 の 未 提 出 などが 含 まれます(これ 以 外 でも 違 反 と 認 める 場 合 もありますのでご 了 承 下 さい)。
