1.2 Special Accommodations 特 別 な 配 慮
1.2.1 Religious Beliefs 宗 教 ・ 信 仰
Should a candidate desire to sit for an examination in which the date conflicts with religious beliefs in any way, (ISC)²
recommends the candidate check the list of examination events at www.isc2.org/examschedule for an alternate date or an
alternate location with an examination scheduled on a conforming date. If an alternate date or location is not available, the
candidate should notify (ISC)² Services. (See contact information in Section 1.3)

1.2.2 Disabilities 障 害
(ISC)² provides reasonable special accommodations in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1991. If a
disability prevents you from taking the examination under normal conditions, you may request special accommodations. You
must submit a written request along with your application form for special accommodations that explains the nature of the
disability, the type of accommodation you feel is appropriate. In addition, you must provide supporting documentation of the
diagnosis from a licensed health care professional.
1991 年 施 行 「 障 害 を 持 つアメリカ 人 法 」に 従 って、(ISC)²は、 合 理 的 な 特 別 な 便 宜 を 図 ります。 通 常 の 環 境 では 試 験 を 受 けられない 障 害 が
ある 場 合 には、 特 別 な 準 備 を 依 頼 することができます。その 場 合 には、 申 込 者 にとって 適 切 な 設 備 や 障 害 の 状 況 などを 記 載 した 依 頼 文 書 を
試 験 登 録 申 込 書 と 一 緒 にご 提 出 下 さい。その 際 、 医 療 機 関 の 診 断 書 を 必 ず 添 付 して 下 さい。
1.3 Submission of Registration 試 験 登 録 の 申 請
Applicants should complete and submit the examination registration form. You will be asked to complete all contact information,
demonstrate the required professional experience, answer a series of background questions, execute the Application
Agreement (Section 7 of the examination registration form), select a test site and date, and submit the appropriate fee (see
policies below). Applicants may download a PDF version of the examination registration form, and submit their application, and
payment to the (ISC)² Japan office:
試 験 登 録 希 望 者 は、 試 験 登 録 申 込 書 に 漏 れなく 記 入 し、 申 請 して 下 さい。 連 絡 先 等 の 情 報 を 記 載 し、 要 件 を 満 たす 業 務 経 験 があることを 示
し、 犯 罪 歴 に 関 する 質 問 に 解 答 し、 申 込 に 関 する 同 意 書 ( 試 験 登 録 申 込 書 セクション7)に 署 名 し、 試 験 会 場 ・ 試 験 日 を 選 択 し、 受 験 料 を
支 払 って 下 さい( 下 記 ポリシー 参 照 )。 申 込 書 は、(ISC)² Japanウェブサイトからダウンロードできますので、 記 入 後 、(ISC)² Japan 事 務
局 に 申 込 書 を 郵 送 し、 受 験 費 用 を 支 払 って 下 さい。

1.4 Payment of Fees 受 験 費 用 の 支 払
(ISC)² policies require payment to be made at the point of registration for the test.
(ISC)²のポリシーにおいて、 受 験 費 用 の 支 払 は 試 験 の 登 録 と 同 時 に 行 われることとなっています。
Acceptable forms of payment include bank transfer or payment through an authorized (ISC)² affiliate. (ISC)² will NOT accept
third party payments or applications for any (ISC)² examination applicant, unless the third party is a government agency, the
applicant’s employer, or is otherwise authorized by (ISC)² prior to the application being submitted.
Please note: Taxes may apply to examination fees based on exam location. The examination fees do NOT apply to any
Annual Maintenance Fee (AMF) requirements.
受 験 費 用 は、 銀 行 振 込 での 支 払 いか(ISC)² 認 定 代 理 店 からの 支 払 いのみ 受 理 します。(ISC)²は、 第 三 者 が 政 府 機 関 、 申 込 者 の 雇 用 者 、もし
くはその 他 申 し 込 み 前 に(ISC)²の 承 認 を 受 けた 者 である 場 合 を 除 いて、(ISC)² 試 験 申 込 者 のための 第 三 者 の 支 払 いまたは 申 し 込 みを 受 理 し
ません。
受 験 費 用 には、 試 験 開 催 地 の 税 が 適 用 されますので、ご 注 意 下 さい。また、 受 験 費 用 は、 認 定 継 続 要 件 である 年 会 費 としては、 一 切 充 当 さ
れません。
1.5 Cancellations and Refunds キャンセル 及 び 払 い 戻 し
If more candidates register for an exam than a location can accommodate, (ISC)² will accept registrations on a first-come
first-served basis, determined by the postmark date that (ISC)² receives payment in full for exam fees.
試 験 会 場 の 収 容 人 数 を 超 えた 受 験 者 が 登 録 された 場 合 、(ISC)²は 受 験 料 の 全 額 支 払 いを 受 け 取 った 日 付 の 先 着 順 で 申 し 込 みを 受 け 付 けます。
