EXAMINATION REGISTRATION FORM - ISC

Pay the annual maintenance fee (AMF) of USD 85 at the end of each certification year.
毎 年 到 来 する 年 次 認 定 基 準 日 あるいは 資 格 更 新 日 までに 毎 年 10,500 円 (USD 85)の 年 会 費 を 支 払 うこと。
Earn and submit a total of 60 CPEs by the end of the three year certification cycle. A minimum of 10 CPEs
must be posted during each year of the three-year certification cycle before the annual anniversary date.
3 年 間 の 資 格 更 新 期 間 内 に 合 計 60ポイントのCPEクレジットを 取 得 し 申 請 すること。および、 毎 年 到 来 する 年 次 認 定 基 準 日 ある

Failure to comply with this policy will result in suspension of the certification.

Once a candidate has been notified they have successfully passed an (ISC)² examination, he or she will be required to have his or her
application endorsed. The endorser attests that the candidate's assertions regarding professional experience are true to the best of their
knowledge, and that the candidate is in good standing within the information security industry.
受 験 者 は、 試 験 の 合 格 通 知 を 受 領 後 、 自 身 の 申 請 を 推 薦 してもらう 必 要 があります。 推 薦 者 は、 自 分 の 知 る 限 りにおいて、 受 験 者 の 業 務 経
験 に 関 する 言 明 が 真 であることと、 受 験 者 が 情 報 セキュリティ 業 界 において 適 正 であることを 保 証 します。
Candidates will be required to obtain an endorsement of their candidature exclusively from an (ISC)²-certified professional in good standing.
The professional endorsing the candidate can hold any (ISC)²- certification – CISSP, CSSLP, SSCP or CAP.
認 定 申 請 の 推 薦 者 は、 適 正 な(ISC)² 認 定 資 格 保 持 者 でなければなりません。CISSP、CSSLP、SSCP、CAPのいずれかの(ISC)² 認 定 資 格 を
保 持 していれば、 受 験 者 を 推 薦 することができます。
4.2.1 Endorsement Audit 推 薦 監 査
A percentage of the candidates who pass an (ISC)² examination and submit endorsements will be randomly subjected to audit
and required to submit additional information, as required, for verification.
試 験 に 合 格 し、 推 薦 状 を 提 出 した 受 験 者 の 中 から、 無 作 為 に 抽 出 された 一 定 の 比 率 の 方 が、 監 査 の 対 象 となります。 監 査 では、 調 査 のため、
必 要 に 応 じて、 追 加 書 類 の 提 出 を 求 められます。
4.3 Certification Cycle 認 定 期 間
A certification date is assigned when the candidate has successfully satisfied all endorsement and/or audit requirements. You
may not claim Continuing Professional Education (CPE) credits for activities that occur prior to your certification date. For each
(ISC)² certification program, a candidate is certified for a period of three years. The three-year certification cycle begins on the
first of the month following your certification date.
認 定 登 録 手 続 き 完 了 後 ( 監 査 対 象 になった 場 合 には 監 査 完 了 後 )、 認 定 日 が 決 まります。 認 定 日 より 前 に 行 った 活 動 についてのCPEクレジ
ット 付 与 申 請 は 認 められません。 各 認 定 資 格 において、 受 験 者 は、3 年 間 、 認 定 されます。3 年 間 の 資 格 更 新 期 間 は、 認 定 日 の 翌 月 の1 日 か
ら 始 まります。
4.4 In Good Standing 適 正 な 認 定 保 持 者
Upon certification, (ISC)² members may use their designations (CISSP, SSCP, etc.), subject to (ISC)² Logo Guidelines
(Section 4.7) – as long as their certification remains in "good standing." To remain in good standing, members must:

Abide by the (ISC)² Code of Ethics (Section 3 and https://www.isc2.org/ethics);

Members in "good standing" have the right to elect (ISC)² directors, attend (ISC)²’s annual meeting, volunteer for various
committees and activities, and participate in other important functions of (ISC)².
また、 適 正 な 認 定 保 持 者 には、(ISC)² 理 事 を 選 出 する 選 挙 への 選 挙 権 、(ISC)²の 年 次 会 合 への 参 加 、さまざまな 委 員 会 や 活 動 へのボランテ
ィア 参 加 、(ISC)² 認 定 資 格 候 補 者 の 推 薦 、その 他 (ISC)²の 重 要 な 催 し 物 に 参 加 する 権 利 があります。
