4.8 Certification Disclosure 認 定 状 況 の 開 示
As a certifying body, (ISC)² has a duty to the general public to verify those individuals claiming to hold its certifications. An
organization unable to verify the certifications it issues will quickly lose value and credibility to the general public. (ISC)² may
make available to third parties and/or the general public information verifying your certification. This will be done in such a
manner to minimize the amount of information disclosed about you, but still assure verification of your certification. This may
include listing your name, region, and certification type in a public directory on the (ISC)² website, providing a listing of your
name to your employer upon the written request of your employer (if you have so identified your employer in your member
record), verifying your possession of an (ISC)² certification to a telephone or e-mail verification inquiry. In no instance will any
contact information (including telephone, e-mail or mailing address), financial information of any type, or any membership
information be disclosed other than verifying your certification.
Correspondingly, in the event of decertification, you permit (ISC)² to notify third parties, as necessary, of your decertification,
including if by breach of the Code of Ethics.
(ISC)²は 認 定 団 体 として、(ISC)² 認 定 資 格 を 保 持 していると 主 張 する 個 々 人 が 実 際 に 認 定 資 格 を 保 持 しているかどうかを 一 般 社 会 に 立 証 す
る 義 務 を 負 っています。 認 定 が 有 効 かどうかを 確 認 できない 認 定 団 体 は、 一 般 社 会 に 対 して、その 価 値 と 信 頼 を 早 々に 失 います。そのため、
(ISC)²は、 第 三 者 や 一 般 社 会 が 認 定 保 持 者 の 認 定 状 況 を 確 認 できるようにしています。その 際 、 公 開 される 認 定 保 持 者 の 情 報 は 最 低 限 にと
どめつつ、 認 定 保 持 者 の 認 定 状 況 の 確 認 ができるようにします。 実 際 には、(ISC)²ウェブサイトのパブリックディレクトリに 認 定 保 持 者 の
名 前 、 居 住 している 地 域 名 、 保 持 している 認 定 資 格 名 が 公 開 されます。また、 雇 用 者 から 書 面 での 要 請 があり、また、その 雇 用 者 が 認 定 保
持 者 の 登 録 情 報 にある 雇 用 者 名 と 一 致 している 場 合 には、 認 定 保 持 者 名 の 一 覧 表 を 依 頼 者 に 提 出 します。あるいは、 電 話 や 電 子 メールで 認
定 状 況 の 確 認 があった 場 合 、 該 当 者 が 保 有 している 認 定 資 格 を 確 認 し、 伝 えます。 電 話 番 号 ・ 電 子 メール・ 住 所 などの 連 絡 先 情 報 、いかな
る 種 類 であれ、 財 務 情 報 、 会 員 情 報 など、 認 定 状 況 確 認 以 外 の 情 報 は、 開 示 する 情 報 の 中 に、 一 切 含 みません。
付 随 して、 認 定 保 持 者 は、 認 定 失 効 の 際 、(ISC)²が 第 三 者 に 該 当 者 が 認 定 失 効 を 開 示 することに 同 意 するものとします。『(ISC)² 倫 理 規 約 』
に 違 反 したために、 認 定 取 り 消 しとなった 場 合 には、その 旨 も 含 め 開 示 することに 同 意 するものとします。
