1.8 Rescheduling an Exam Date 受 験 日 の 日 程 変 更
(ISC)² uses the term "reschedule" to indicate a candidate who has already signed up for a future test, and wishes to change
the date or location of the event. If you choose to reschedule your exam you will have 365 days to reschedule. Please be
aware that on day 366 you will automatically FORFEIT your examination fee. You must contact (ISC)² Japan at
infoisc2-j@isc2.org. The request must include the following information:
(ISC)²は、これから 行 われる 試 験 に 既 に 申 し 込 みを 完 了 しており、 受 験 日 の 日 程 や 会 場 の 変 更 を 希 望 する 受 験 者 を「 日 程 変 更 」と 定 義 しま
す。 申 込 者 が 日 程 変 更 を 希 望 する 場 合 、 日 程 変 更 は 当 初 受 験 予 定 の 試 験 日 から365 暦 日 以 内 に 受 験 するものとします。366 暦 日 目 には、 受
験 費 用 は 自 動 的 に 没 収 されますので、ご 注 意 下 さい。 日 程 変 更 を 希 望 する 場 合 には、(ISC)² Japan(infoisc2-j@isc2.org)にEメールにてご
連 絡 下 さい。 日 程 変 更 の 依 頼 には、 下 記 の 情 報 を 記 載 して 下 さい。

Payment of the rescheduling fee

You have the option to choose “open date” voucher your event date and pay the standard USD100 reschedule fee. However,
when you choose this particular option, rather than choosing an actual date to attend an event, the open date voucher may
only remain unspecified for a maximum of 365 days. The burden is on YOU to track when the one year period expires, as you
will not be notified and your examination fee will be FORFEIT on the 366th day.
日 程 変 更 手 数 料 13,650 円 ( 税 込 み)を 支 払 い、 特 に 日 程 を 決 めずに 日 程 変 更 をすることもできます。ただし、 日 程 変 更 する 日 程 を 決 めない
ことを 選 択 した 場 合 、 当 初 の 受 験 日 から 数 えて 最 大 365 暦 日 間 以 内 に 受 験 するよう 手 続 きをしなければなりません。この 期 限 に 関 して 特 に
連 絡 は 行 われず、366 暦 日 目 には、 受 験 費 用 は 没 収 されますので、この 期 日 管 理 は、 申 込 者 自 身 で 行 って 下 さい。
All cancellation or rescheduling requests received in writing with 22 days notice or more will incur a JPY 13,650 cancellation
fee or rescheduling fee (Refund = Amount Paid, Less JPY 13,650). Written cancellation or rescheduling requests received five
calendar days or more prior to the exam will be given credit toward attendance at a subsequent program only (no refund) and
will incur an additional JPY 13,650 rescheduling fee.
22 暦 日 以 上 の 書 面 による 事 前 通 知 で 申 込 取 消 、もしくは、 受 験 日 程 変 更 の 要 請 があった 場 合 、 申 込 取 消 もしくは 受 験 日 程 変 更 の 手 数 料 とし
て13,650 円 ( 税 込 )を 申 し 受 けます( 払 戻 額 = 支 払 額 から 手 数 料 を 控 除 した 金 額 )。 受 験 日 の5 暦 日 かそれより 前 に 書 面 で 申 込 取 消 もしく
は 受 験 日 変 更 の 要 請 があった 場 合 、 以 降 のプログラムへの 参 加 のみを 認 め( 払 戻 しなし)、 受 験 日 程 変 更 について 追 加 手 数 料 13,650 円 ( 税
込 )を 申 し 受 けます。
Cancellations received with less than five calendar days notice and "no-shows" will not be given a refund, nor credit toward a
later program (unless there is a documented medical emergency). Rescheduling or canceling both a review seminar and an
exam will incur two JPY 13,650 fees for a total of JPY 27,300.
5 暦 日 未 満 の 事 前 通 知 での 申 込 取 消 要 請 、もしくは『 無 断 欠 席 』の 場 合 、その 後 のプログラムについて 払 戻 しも 行 わず、 受 講 も 認 めません
( 医 師 の 診 断 書 が 有 る 場 合 を 除 く)。(ISC)² 公 式 セミナーおよび 試 験 の 両 方 の 日 程 変 更 、もしくは 申 込 取 消 の 場 合 、13,650 円 ずつ、 合 計 27,300
円 の 手 数 料 を 申 し 受 けます。
Note: (ISC)² will not accept third party payments or applications for any (ISC)² examination applicant unless the third party is a
government agency, the applicant's employer, or is otherwise authorized by (ISC)² prior to the application being submitted.
[ 注 意 ](ISC)²は 第 三 者 が 政 府 機 関 、 申 込 者 の 雇 用 者 、もしくはその 他 申 し 込 み 前 に(ISC)²の 承 認 を 受 けた 者 である 場 合 を 除 いて、(ISC)²

convenience for candidates. If there is not an examination scheduled in a location which you deem suitably situated, please
call us at the numbers listed below.
(ISC)²は 全 世 界 で 年 間 500 回 以 上 の 試 験 を 開 催 し、 受 験 者 の 利 便 性 を 高 めようと 努 力 しています。 申 込 者 が 受 験 しやすいと 思 われる 場 所 に
