You agree that your obligations under this Agreement shall continue in effect after the Examination and, if applicable, after
termination of your Certification, regardless of the reason or reasons for termination, and whether such termination is voluntary
or involuntary.

Violation of any of these provisions will cause irreparable harm to (ISC)² for which monetary remedies may be inadequate, and
(ISC)² may take all appropriate actions to remedy or prevent such disclosure or misuse, including, without limitation, obtaining
an immediate injunction without being required to post bond. Furthermore, any violation of these provisions may result in the
immediate and permanent termination of your Certification at the discretion of the Executive Director. Neither this Agreement
nor any right granted hereunder shall be assignable or otherwise transferable by you. This Agreement shall be construed in
accordance with the laws of the State of Massachusetts. This Agreement is supplemental to, and integrated with the (ISC)²,
Inc. Application Agreement (Section 7 of the examination registration form).

BY OPENING THIS EXAMINATION BOOKLET OR OTHERWISE TAKING THE EXAMINATION, I AM AGREEING THAT I
HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT AND FULLY UNDERSTAND AND ACCEPT THE OBLIGATIONS IMPOSED UPON ME.
NO PROMISES, THREATS, OR REPRESENTATIONS HAVE BEEN MADE TO ME TO INDUCE ME TO ENTER INTO THIS

3. (ISC)² CODE OF ETHICS (ISC)² 倫 理 規 約
All information systems security professionals who are certified by (ISC)² recognize that such certification is a privilege that
must be both earned and maintained. In support of this principle, all (ISC)² members are required to commit to fully support this
Code of Ethics (the "Code"). (ISC)² members who intentionally or knowingly violate any provision of the Code will be subject to
action by a peer review panel, which may result in the revocation of certification.

There are only four mandatory canons in the code. By necessity, such high-level guidance is not intended to be a substitute for
the ethical judgment of the professional.
当 倫 理 規 約 は、 認 定 保 持 者 個 々 人 に4つの 規 律 を 義 務 付 けている。 各 規 律 は、 認 定 保 持 者 個 々 人 の 倫 理 的 判 断 に 代 わるものではない。
Additional guidance is provided for each of the canons. While this guidance may be considered by the board of directors in
judging behavior, it is advisory rather than mandatory. It is intended to help professionals identify and resolve the inevitable
ethical dilemmas that they will confront during the course of their information security career.

adhere, to the highest ethical standards of behavior.

Therefore, strict adherence to this Code is a condition of certification.
