These various evaluation processes provide two important forums for program improvement.<br />

First, the <strong>Program</strong> Direc<strong>to</strong>r and the faculty member discuss faculty achievements, strengths and<br />

areas for improvement in meting program goals and outcomes. Together the program direc<strong>to</strong>r<br />

and the faculty member determine a mutually agreeable faculty development plan <strong>to</strong> be achieved<br />
