JANITORIAL/MAINTENANCE DUTIES<br />
DAILY WEEKLY MAINTENANCE<br />
1. Clean windows<br />
1. Vacuum offices of<br />
Principal, Business<br />
Manager and Secretary<br />
2. Remove trash from<br />
offices<br />
3. Clean classrooms in use<br />
4. Clean bathrooms. Check<br />
for cleanliness every 1-<br />
1/2 hours.<br />
5. Ensure there is enough<br />
supply of soap, toilet<br />
paper and paper towels<br />
6. Sweep hallways<br />
7. Remove trash, debris,<br />
and any other obstacles<br />
from school hallways<br />
2. Pick up outside<br />
debris<br />
1. Install opaque window panes in<br />
ladies restroom<br />
2. Remove cleaning supplies from the<br />
bathroom window<br />
3. Remove trash from boys bathroom<br />
(1 st floor)<br />
4. Clean/scrub all floors<br />
5. Clean window panes in entire school<br />
building<br />
6. Paint all classrooms<br />
7. Patch up work<br />
8. Paint hallway windows<br />
9. Move storage<br />
10. Build storage cupboard outside<br />
Brother Ziad’s office<br />
11. Remove wall between computer lab<br />
and science lab (needed for<br />
classroom)<br />
12. Complete tile work in basement<br />
hallway<br />
13. Need keys to the cafeteria<br />
14. Room 110 opening needs to be<br />
closed<br />
15. Cleaning supplies, broom, buckets,<br />
etc. may not be stored in the<br />
hallways or behind doors.<br />
16. Remove closet doors located in the<br />
first floor hallway. Clean and paint<br />
same.<br />
17. Change EXIT signs in the hallway to<br />
automatic.<br />
