Verlorenvlei Estuary Management Plan Part 4: Verlorenvlei Estuary Forum The Verlorenvlei Estuary Forum is the body ultimately responsible for the implementation of the EMP (Figure 4.1). The Estuary Forum must be representative of all relevant government authorities and interest groups in the Verlorenvlei region. Where local forums - dealing with either estuarine or other matters of local interest - already exist, those forums must be considered (e.g. Friends of Verlorenvlei, Verlorenvlei Coalition).
