The Verlorenvlei Estuary Forum is the body ultimately responsible for the implementation of the<br />
EMP (Figure 4.1).<br />

An Estuary Forum still needs to be established for Verlorenvlei. The Estuary Forum must be<br />
representative of all relevant government authorities and interest groups in the Verlorenvlei region.<br />
Where local forums - dealing with either estuarine or other matters of local interest - already exist,<br />
those forums must be considered (e.g. Friends of Verlorenvlei, Verlorenvlei Coalition).<br />
