Willie Wetsuit dives
into the market with
his safe sex message
Brightbutton is bringing a new
angle to the safe sex message
with a fun new product.
The appropriately-titled Willie Wetsuit
is a mini neoprene wetsuit condom
holder that protects the contents
from damage.
Brightbutton says Willie Wetsuit is
a “confident and fun way to carry a
condom”.
It cleverly uses the mini wetsuit
to protect the condom and also
comes printed with a safe sex motto
from Willie Wetsuit – “always protect
yourself before you dive in”. Ahem,
quite.
Available in seven different colours,
Willie Wetsuit can be imprinted with a
company logo or message in up to
four colours on both sides.
Willie Wetsuit also has a key ring
attachment too, so it’s easy to clip to
a set of keys or a bag.
Brightbutton granted PPD an exclusive
interview with Willie Wetsuit.
He told us: “When Brightbutton invited
me to be their mascot for their
new condom holder, I was over the
moon.”
Brightbutton founder William Ellis
added: “It’s been great working with
Willie Wetsuit, as he’s so committed
to spreading the word about safe sex.
When we set out to create a unique
condom holder, we felt that there
could only be one man for the job.”
Willie joins a wide range of
Brightbutton products, including
Cocoon, a unique promotional
lens cleaner) which won the
runner-up prize for the bpma’s Most
Innovative Product of 2008.
Temptations launched to an amazing reception at the recent
was overwhelming, with staff on the stand struggling to
Another new product
from Brightbutton
is Tulip, which
prevents earphones
from
damage and
tangling.
Tulip works
by holding the
left and right
earbud in
place, whilst at
the same time
the neoprene
fabric protects
the earbuds from
damage.
Designed to stay on
the wire, Tulip slides down
the earphone wire so you
can listen to your music.
Once you have finished
listening, it easily slides
back up the earphone
wire to control and protect
the earbuds – helping to
keep your earphones in
perfect condition.
Available in seven
colours, Tulip can be
imprinted in up to four
colours on both sides.
Brightbutton’s William
Ellis said “Tulip retains
the ease of wrapping the
earphone wire around the
listening device, but solves
the tangling by carefully
controlling and protecting
the left and right ear bud.”
Really a sign
of the times
Anokimobi has announced a
breakthrough, with the launch of
the world’s first solar powered
Electro Luminescent (EL) signs.
The signs are
e c o - f r i e n d l y,
highly visible
and cost-effective,
with the
potential to save
businesses millions
in electricity
costs.
The EL solar signs allow branded
messages to be broadcast to
previously untapped audiences.
Most suited to sunny climates,
a typical sign can provide between
six and 14 hours of continuous
illumination from daytime charging,
depending on the model. Unlike
signs that use solar power to
light very simple shapes made up
of LED lights, EL signs can broadcast
complex design sequences
and detailed messages.
