While Florida has clearly benefited from the federal initiative <strong>to</strong> exp<strong>and</strong> <strong>FQHCs</strong> we lag behind<br />

other states in the proportion of new <strong>330</strong> funds received in relation <strong>to</strong> state size, population, <strong>and</strong><br />

documented need.<br />
