A NOTE ABOUT TRIP ETIQUETTE
• Please arrive on time. Be here 15 minutes before
scheduled departure time.
• Please be considerate of those with limitations
who may require the front seat or a window seat.
• Respect your trip escorts. They have been trained
by staff to lead your trip and are volunteering their
time.
• Welcome new people and be an Ambassador for
Louisville Senior Services!
• Please enjoy the ride and leave the driving to the
driver and escort. They have the directions and
will get you there the most efficient way they
deem possible.
• Please be flexible. Sometimes things just
don’t go as planned – traffic jams, weather,
disappointing food… we encourage you to not let
these things ruin your trip. Make the most of your
time!
• Tipping the driver is not included in your fee. Feel
free to tip the driver when you receive exceptional
customer service!
• Stay hydrated! We recommend that you bring
your own water bottle. Bottled water is available
for purchase in the Rec Center lobby.
Lunch Bunch
Bonefish, Westminster
At Bonefish Grill, they take pride in serving food and
drinks that surprise and delight their guests every day.
From innovative recipes, to contemporary renditions
of the classics, their chef-driven menu is designed to
indulge your senses, regardless of the occasion. Their
menu boasts much more than fish including chicken,
steak, burgers, and salads. Lunch on your own. Entrée
range: $9-$20.

Denver Oktoberfest
Let’s head to downtown Denver to what’s known as
the “Best Oktoberfest in the US” for authentic German
food and entertainment. Bring cash for the food and be
prepared for walking and weather. You will have time on
your own (approx 3 hours) to eat and shop around as well
as check out some traditional entertainment while you
are there. Don’t miss this great afternoon!

Treat yourself to a 50-60 item salad area including

Loveland’s Swan
House, a Celtic Tea
Room. This beautiful historic home, built in 1908, has been
restored and renovated into a Tea Room and a boutique.
Walking into The Swan House gives you the feeling of
walking back in time to the early 20th century. Each room
is tastefully decorated with a variety of antiques including
furniture, wall-hangings, linens, clothing, collectibles,
and much more. Join us for a delightful traditional tea
luncheon. Price is all inclusive including sandwiches,
scones with Devonshire Cream, desserts, tea, gratuities,
and transportation.
