Online Registration
Online registration will have first priority for class registration.
You need a username and password to register online.
If you have registered with our center in the past for
any class or pass, we have set up an account and login
for you. Visit our website at www.louisvillerecreation.com
to register your household for a WebTrac account. Please
allow up to two business days to receive your account information.
Please call the front desk at 303-666-7400 to
obtain the needed information to login if you have forgotten
the login or password.
Online Resident registration begins August 5 at 8am
Online Non-Resident registration begins August 12 at
8am
The first 2 days of registration will be online only.
Mail-In / Drop Off
You may pay by Check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American
Express, cash or household credit. Mail or drop off
completed registration forms and payment to:
Louisville Recreation Center, 900 W. Via Appia, Louisville,
CO 80027.
Walk-In
Begins Wed., August 7 resident, Wed., August 14 nonresident.
When cancelling from programs
A. Transfer to another class, or another session.
B. Receive a household credit, valid for any other
program offered through the Department of Parks
and Recreation. There is a $5 service charge per
class for cancellations with a 7 day notice. No
refunds for cancellation with less than 7 days notice.
C. Received a credit to a credit card
D. Receive a refund by check, mailed directly to your
home within 4-6 weeks.
E. Summer Day Camp and Pre-school cancellation fees
differ. See those activities for specifics.
Please see preschool handbooks for specific cancellation
policies for the state licensed program.
Post Office Boxes All households that have a P.O. Box
as an address will be considered non-residents unless
proof of Louisville residency is attached to the registration
form (water bill, lease agreement)

1. The City of Louisville reserves the right to cancel or combine
classes with insufficient registration. If a class is
cancelled, you will be notified prior to the first class and
will receive a full refund, credit or transfer to another
class.
2. Please note class age restrictions. Many classes are not
suitable for students outside the designated age range.
Participants outside the specific age group will not be
accepted into class.
The Louisville Recreation Center will be
closed for maintnance
Weds., 8/21 - Weds. 8/28
During this time we will be doing much
needed maintenance to the facility.
Please make note of a few areas that will
have extended closure times:
Elevator - The elevator will be unavailable
from Mon., 8/19 - Weds., 8/28.
Aquatics Area - The entire aquatics area will be closed
from Mon., 8/19 - Sun., 9/8.
Hot Tub - The hot tub will be undergoing a complete remodel
to meet current ADA requirements. The hot tub will
be closed from Mon., 8/19 - Mon., 9/30. (Please check our
website or with front desk staff for updates to this schedule.)
Louisville Reccreation Center monthly passes can be used
at Bob. L Burger Recreation Center during the facility closure
period. Punch passes will not be valid at the Lafayette
center. An issued Louisville Recreation Center pass must
be presented for valid admission. Daily visit fee will apply if
a Louisville ID card is not presented.
