INTERMEDIATE TAI CHI<br />
Tai Chi uses the mind to lead the body and trains tranquility<br />
in motion. Slowness, lightness, balance, calmness and<br />
clarity are its qualities. Students will be introduced to<br />
the 24 Posture Form of the Yang Style and some Qi Gong.<br />
