(of irregular width); thence extending Northwestwardly along the Northeasterly side of Cheltenham Avenue<br />
(of irregular width) on the arc of a circle curving to the right having a radius of 510.67 feet, the arc distance of 59.00 feet<br />
to a point of tangent on the same; thence extending North 20 degrees, 59 minutes, 50 seconds West, along the<br />
