according to a Plan of Subdivision of “Brittany Farms at Equus” for Equus Limited Partnership by Stout Tacconelli &
Associates, Inc., Civil Engineering and Land Surveying, dated January 2, 1990, last revised November 21, 1990 and

BEGINNING at a point on the Southwesterly side of Horseshoe Lane (50.00 feet wide) at a corner of Lot Number 18,
as shown on said plan, which point is at the distance of 38.77 feet, measured South 62 degrees, 12 minutes, 30 seconds East,
along the said Southwesterly side of Horseshoe Lane from a point of tangent on the same and which last
mentioned point of tangent is at the arc distance of 33.01 feet measured on the arc of a curve, curving to the right,
having a radius of 25.00 feet from a point of curve on the Southeasterly side of Upper State Road (S R 2012)
(100.00 feet wide); thence extending from said point of beginning and along the said Southwesterly side of
Horseshoe Lane, the following two courses and distance, viz: (1) extending South 62 degrees, 12 minutes, 30 seconds East,
the distance of 57.74 feet to a point of curve; and (2) thence extending Southeastwardly on the arc of a curve
curving to the right, having a radius of 425.00 feet the arc distance of 38.24 feet to a point a corner of Lot 16,
as shown on said plan; thence extending South 42 degrees, 09 minutes, 00 seconds West, along Lot Number 16,
the distance of 167.18 feet to a point a corner in line of lands now or late of Upper State Limited Partnership,
as shown on said plan; thence extending North 52 degrees, 38 minutes, 00 seconds West, along lands of
Upper State Limited Partnership, the distance of 93.69 feet to a point a corner of Lot Number 18, aforesaid;
thence extending North 42 degrees, 09 minutes, 00 seconds East, along Number 18, the distance of 152.87 feet to the
first mentioned point on the said Southwesterly side of Horseshoe Lane and place of beginning.
BEING Lot Number 17 as shown on the above mentioned plan.
BEING the same property conveyed unto Tatyana Mazik by Deed from Tatyana Mazik and Ashley J. Shapiro,
dated June 30, 2007 and recorded July 6, 2007 among the Deed Books of Montgomery County, Pennsylvania in
Deed Book 5654, Page 685.
ALSO BEING the same property conveyed unto Tatyana Mazik and Ashley J. Shapiro by Deed from
Tatyana Mazik dated September 9, 2005 and recorded September 13, 2005 among the Deed Books of
Montgomery County, Pennsylvania in Deed Book 05570, Page 1472.
ALSO BEING the same property conveyed unto Tatyana Mazik by Deed from Eugenia Menis dated May 5, 2005 and

ALSO BEING the same property conveyed unto Eugenia Menis by Deed from Joseph A. Carretta,
