Notice is hereby given that the above were named as
defendants in a civil action instituted by the plaintiff.
This is an action to recover delinquent real estate taxes
for the year 2008 for the property located at
270 Emily Lane, Lower Salford, Pennsylvania,
tax parcel 50-00-00544-80-1. A lien in the amount
of $4,055.09 was filed on or about June 24, 2009,
for this claim and a writ of scire facias was filed.
You are hereby notified to plead to the writ in this
case, on or before twenty (20) days from the date of this
publication or a judgment will be entered.
If you wish to defend, you must enter a
written appearance personally or by attorney and file
your defenses or objections in writing with the court.
You are warned that if you fail to do so, the case may
proceed without you and a judgment may be entered
against you without further notice for the relief requested
by the plaintiff. You may lose money or property or
other rights important to you.

DISSOLUTION
Notice is hereby given that the shareholders and directors
of Rubin Oxford, Inc., a Pennsylvania corporation,
have approved a proposal that the corporation
voluntarily dissolve, and that the Board of Directors is
now engaged in winding up and settling the affairs of
the corporation under the provisions of Section 1975 of
the Pennsylvania Business Corporation Law of 1988,
