Notice is hereby given that Articles of Incorporation<br />

have been filed with the Department of State of the<br />

Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, at Harrisburg, PA,<br />

on November 8, 2010, for the purpose of obtaining a<br />

charter of a nonprofit corporation organized under the<br />

Nonprofit Corporation <strong>Law</strong> of the Commonwealth of<br />

Pennsylvania.<br />

from an accident that took place on or about Tuesday,<br />

January 27, 2009, at approximately 7:07 A.M., at or near<br />

the intersection of Germantown Pike and Arch Road,<br />

East Norriton Township, <strong>Montgomery</strong> <strong>County</strong>,<br />

Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, in which you were<br />

involved.<br />

WHEREFORE, Plaintiffs Jennifer Hughes and<br />

Paul Hughes demands judgment against Defendant<br />

Nathan Marr in a sum in excess of Fifty Thousand Dollars<br />

($50,000.00) plus interest and costs of suit.<br />
