situate in Norristown Borough, <strong>County</strong> of <strong>Montgomery</strong> and State of Pennsylvania, bounded and described,<br />

BEGINNING at a point on the Southwest side of Lafayette Street at the distance of sixty feet Southeastwardly<br />

from the Southeast side of Selma Street a corner of this and lot now or late of John DeMarco et al.; thence along the<br />

said lot South forty-three degrees, thirteen minutes West, ninety-eight feet to a point a corner on the Northeast side<br />

of a twenty feet wide alley; thence along said side of said alley, South forty-six degrees, forty-seven minutes East,<br />

twenty feet to a corner of land this day being conveyed to Milton F. Schell, et ux.; thence along the said Schell’s lot<br />

North forty-three degrees, thirteen minutes East, the line for a part of the distance passing through the partition wall<br />

between the house on this lot and the one being conveyed to the said Milton F. Schell ninety-eight feet to a point on<br />

the Southwest side of Lafayette Street aforesaid; thence by and along the said side thereof North forty-six degrees,<br />
