situate in Abington Township, <strong>County</strong> of <strong>Montgomery</strong> and State of Pennsylvania bounded and described according to<br />
a Plan of Roslyn Homesteade made by George B. Mebus, Registered Professional Engineer Glenside, Pennsylvania,<br />
