dated 10/20/1981, as follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at a point on the Southerly side of Washington Avenue (40 feet wide), a corner of Lot 827
on said plan, said point being at the distance of 275.00 feet measured along the said side of Washington Avenue
in an Eastwardly direction from the point of intersection which the said side of Washington Avenue makes with the
Easterly side of Clearview Avenue (50 feet wide); thence extending from said point of beginning along the
Southerly side of Washington Avenue, aforesaid, North 86 degrees, 30 minutes East, 50.00 feet to a point, a corner of Lot 830
on said plan; thence extending along the same South 03 degrees, 30 minutes East, crossing the Southerly limit of a
100 year flood plain 125.00 feet to a point; thence extending South 86 degrees, 30 minutes West, 50.00 feet to a point,
a corner of Lot 827, aforesaid; thence extending along the same North 03 degrees, 30 minutes West recrossing said
flood plain limit 125.00 feet to the first mentioned point and place of beginning.

BEING the same premises which Joseph D. Morrison, by Deed dated June 20, 2008 and recorded July 21, 2008

from the East corner of Wood and Arch Streets a corner of this and the adjoining house; thence Northeast along said
Southeast side of Arch Street nineteen feet, eight inches to a point a corner in the middle of a seven feet wide alley
between this and the adjoining property; thence at right angles to Arch Street the line passing through the middle of
said alley Southeast one hundred feet to a point, a corner; thence parallel with the first line Southwest nineteen feet,
eight inches to a point a corner of this and the said adjoining house; thence Northwest the line passing partly through
the middle of the partition wall between this and the adjoining house one hundred feet to the place of beginning.

Northeasterly the line passing through the center of the partition wall between these premise and said Elizabeth Shipman’s
adjacent premises, 60.4 feet to the line of land now or late of the Olivet Baptist Church; thence along the line of said
Church’s land Southeasterly 20 feet to line of land now or late of William Lawler now of said Grantee; thence along
the line of said Grantee’s ground, Southwesterly 60.4 feet to the Northeasterly side of Moore Street aforesaid and
last mentioned line being parallel to the first line; thence along the said side of Moore Street Northwesterly 20 feet
to the plate of beginning.
