Northeasterly the line passing through the center of the partition wall between these premise and said Elizabeth Shipman’s<br />
adjacent premises, 60.4 feet to the line of land now or late of the Olivet Baptist Church; thence along the line of said<br />
Church’s land Southeasterly 20 feet to line of land now or late of William <strong>Law</strong>ler now of said Grantee; thence along<br />
the line of said Grantee’s ground, Southwesterly 60.4 feet to the Northeasterly side of Moore Street aforesaid and<br />
last mentioned line being parallel to the first line; thence along the said side of Moore Street Northwesterly 20 feet<br />
