Practice: This course presents alternate practice<br />

types. Opportunities will be explored <strong>and</strong><br />
business portfolios developed. This is a course<br />
designed for the pharmacist interested in the<br />

RX 642. Geriatric <strong>The</strong>rapeutics: A study <strong>of</strong><br />
the physiologic <strong>and</strong> pharmacokinetic changes<br />
that occur with aging <strong>and</strong> how these changes<br />
affect drug therapy. Management <strong>of</strong> disease will<br />
be discussed <strong>and</strong> evaluated. This course will<br />
provide the student with knowledge for making<br />
therapeutic decisions in the elderly. Prerequisite:<br />
