Characteristics and Advantages<br />
Shelves<br />
3/4” shelves are available in both 22 or 18 gauge steel, 1” hook support shelves are made of 18 gauge steel. Shelves have four roll formed folds,<br />
the fourth fold reduces the risk of injury, protects documents or objects and makes the shelves more sturdy.<br />
Longitudinal Bar Supports/ Shelf Reinforcement<br />
For heavier load requirements, 12 gauge steel bar supports are available in 3/4” or 1–1/4” height. For increased load capacity and rigidity, shelf<br />
reinforcement(s) are inserted between, perpendicular to the bar supports.<br />
Posts/ Upright Tie-Bars- Form Upright Frames<br />
Closed Tubular posts are joined by 2 or more upright tie bars to form rectangular 16 gauge steel frames. The posts have perforated slots, every<br />
1” on one side and every 1–1/2” on the adjacent side. Welded upright frames are available and adaptable for seismic zones.<br />
