Paper Hinging Tape Gummed
The high tensile strength, of this high quality, water activated hinging
tape, will support all but the heaviest works of art. The paper is
acid-free with a calcium carbonate buffer and a pH of 8.5. The neutral
pH adhesive has excellent tack to hold firmly without slipping or
“creeping”. Dimensions: 1” x 130 ft.

Abaca.sa Paper Hinge Tape Self adhesive
Hayaku ® Japanese Hinging Paper Gummed
Make instant Japanese hinges easily. Hayaku Japanese mulberry paper
gives a thin, yet strong and supple, hinge. The pH neutral paper and
adhesive assures long term quality. Passes P.A.T. and ANSI ISO 18916.

Ideal for digital prints. This self-adhesive hinging tape incorporates
the strength and supple nature of Abaca paper (manila hemp) with
a very strong acrylic adhesive, that is permanent and non-yellowing.
Gummed tapes are risky to use with Giclee inkjet prints due to their
water sensitivity. Abaca.sa is strong enough to hold large digital
prints, and supple enough to adhere to the print without distorting.
Abaca paper is acid-free, biodegradable and comes from a self
sustainable plant. Passes P.A.T. and ANSI ISO 18916.
