Musikmesse Frankfurt 2009<br />

Steve Lukather (5-time Grammy Award winner) of the<br />
legendary band TOTO<br />
Steve Lukather, guitarist, singer/songwriter and 5-time Grammy Award<br />
winner has been performing on the big stages of the world for over 30<br />
years. His virtuoso guitar work can be heard and admired on numerous<br />
studio productions and hit-albums by world stars. After three decades<br />
with TOTO, he is now on tour with his new band promoting their current<br />
album “Ever changing Times“. Reason enough to invite this extraordinary<br />
musician for an interview and autograph session at our stand<br />
number C78 in Hall 5.1. “Luke“ will be coming to visit us on the 1 st and<br />
the 3 rd of April 2009 from 15:45 to 16:15 hours.<br />
For the first time, we are offering a live program at our stand. For each day,<br />
we have invited various bands to perform their songs “unplugged“ on the<br />
<strong>SAE</strong> Stage. Markus Striegl, singer/songwriter from Frankfurt, will introduce<br />
his current album “Viel zu Viel“ together with a few guest musicians. Another<br />
guest will be “Mark Patrick & Band” from the USA. The five acoustic musicians<br />
will be bringing their current album “Angels above Berlin“ with them.<br />
In cooperation with the Music Exhibition, <strong>SAE</strong> will again be offering the finest<br />
of seminars and workshops in Hall 4.2. In the context of “Musikbiz Studio“, <strong>SAE</strong><br />
Instructors from Frankfurt, Cologne and Munich will be giving interesting and<br />
exciting presentations from the world of studios. The presentations will be<br />
published on the Internet as video-on-demand in cooperation with Musotalk.de.<br />
Of course, it goes without saying that our hyperactive film team will be<br />
roaming the exhibition halls gathering footage for individual video casts<br />
reporting on brand new products and happenings. A student film team<br />
from Frankfurt, under the direction of film instructor Daniel Schadel, will be<br />
accompanied by <strong>SAE</strong> cult-moderator Christian Ruff. This year, the Internet<br />
portal Musotalk.de from Berlin is also on board. Cool film sequences,<br />
together with moderator and mastermind NonEric, will be available for<br />
viewing online “just in time“.<br />

Über 30 Jahre ist der Gitarrist, Singer/Songwriter und 5-facher<br />
Grammy Gewinner, Steve Lukather, bereits auf den großen Bühnen<br />
dieser Welt unterwegs. Sein virtuoses Gitarrenspiel ist auf zahlreichen<br />
Studioproduktionen und Hit-Alben von Weltstars zu bewundern.<br />
Nach drei Jahrzehnten TOTO ist er nun mit seiner neuen Band und<br />
aktuellem Album „Ever changing Times“ auf Tour. Grund genug, den<br />
Ausnahmemusiker zum Interview und einer Autogrammstunde auf<br />
unserem Stand C78 in der Halle 5.1 begrüßen zu dürfen. „Luke” kommt<br />
am 01. und 03.04.09 zu uns, jeweils von 15:45 Uhr bis 16:15 Uhr.<br />
Erstmalig gibt es auf unserem Stand ein Live Programm. Dazu haben wir<br />
Bands eingeladen, die täglich ihr Programm „unplugged“ auf der <strong>SAE</strong> Stage<br />
spielen werden. Der Frankfurter Singer/Songwriter Markus Striegl stellt mit<br />
einigen Gastmusikern sein aktuelles Album „Viel zu Viel“ vor. Aus den USA<br />
werden wir „Mark Patrick & Band” zu Gast haben. Die fünf Akustik-Musiker<br />
haben ihr aktuelles Album „Angels above Berlin“ mit im Gepäck.<br />
In Halle 4.2 präsentiert <strong>SAE</strong> in Zusammenarbeit mit der Musikmesse wieder<br />
Seminare und Workshops vom Allerfeinsten. Im Rahmen des „Musikbiz<br />
Studios” referieren <strong>SAE</strong> Dozenten aus Frankfurt, Köln und München über<br />
interessante und spannende Themen aus der Studiowelt. Die Beiträge<br />
werden in Zusammenarbeit mit Musotalk.de als Video on Demand im<br />
Internet veröffentlicht.<br />
Selbstverständlich ist auch in diesem Jahr unser rasendes Filmteam auf der<br />
Messe unterwegs, um über brandneue Produkte und Ereignisse im Rahmen<br />
einzelner Videocasts zu berichten. Ein Frankfurter Studententeam wird<br />
wieder begleitet von <strong>SAE</strong> Kult-Moderator Christian Ruff sowie Filmdozent<br />
Daniel Schadel als Regisseur. Mit im Boot ist diesmal das Internetportal<br />
Musotalk.de aus Berlin. Zusammen mit Moderator und Mastermind NonEric<br />
werden coole Filmsequenzen „just-in-time“ online zu sehen sein.<br />
