4H. Registration and Badges
Exhibitor Registration is located in the Link (the corridor linking Javits Center and Javits Center North).
All exhibit staff must check in at Exhibitor Registration upon arrival to pick up their official Exhibitor
Badges. Badges must be worn at all times. Badges should be left or returned to the Exhibitor
Registration Desk as you leave the hall each evening for incoming co-workers for your booth.
All exhibitors will receive four (4) badges per 10x10 booth. The badges will have your organization’s
name printed on them.
Always wear your badge while in the hall, even during move-in and move-out hours. Security will not
let you into the exhibit hall without the proper credentials.
4I. Complimentary Green Festival Passes
Each exhibitor will receive six (6) complimentary Green Festival one-day passes for their guests per
10X10 Booth. There is no need to submit a list of your guests. Please direct your guests to attendee
Will Call located at the Main Entrance. Please ask your guests to inform the Green Festival personnel
that they were invited by your organization. Our tracking system will allow 6 guests listed as your
company name to enter the event with a one-day pass (first come, first serve).

4J. Staffing Your Booth
Green Festival does not allow any exhibitors or to break down their booths until 5pm on Sunday.
Should you choose to break down earlier, you may not be invited to participate in future Green
Festivals.
We have found that in some cases, the person who reserves your organization’s booth is not the
person who will be onsite. It is very important that the people who are going to be onsite are familiar
with the information contained in this kit and Green Festival regulations for exhibiting. Please forward
this kit to all persons helping in your booth.
If you are using paid staff or volunteers, it is your responsibility to make sure that those
working in your booth know where to check in. All personnel working your booth must check in
at Exhibitor Registration.
IMPORTANT! If you are using volunteers to help work in your booth, please make sure they
understand to check in at “Exhibitor Registration” and not at the Green Festival Volunteer
Registration room. This misunderstanding can cause much confusion and walking back and
forth across the venue before realizing where they need to go. Your volunteers are volunteering
for your organization, not the Green Festival directly.
Green Festivals cannot supply volunteers or staff for your booth. If you are seeking paid staff or
volunteers for your booth the weekend of the event, we recommend planning ahead and using local
resources such as Craigslist.
4K. Trash/Recycling Receptacles for use inside your booth
We allow receptacles for trash/recycling inside your booth upon signing an agreement to comply with
Green Festival greening policies. You can sign the agreement and obtain a receptacle at the Exhibitor/
Registration Desk, located just outside the main entrance to the exhibit hall. You are responsible for
emptying your receptacle and leaving it in your booth when you leave.
