Open Flame (Food Vendors-Candles and Sterno) Steps: 1. You must have your booth show ready by 3pm Friday April 19 th to qualify for the $210.00 Inspection Fee. If you are not able to be ready by then, the Inspection Fee will be $420.00 (weekend rate) 2. Submit you certificate of liability (sample in the back of this kit). FAX to Tad Frank at 828-394- 2383. 3. You will be required to have, at a minimum a 5lb fire extinguisher in your booth as well as fire a retardant table cloth. 4.
