have the right entry-level<br />

succeed on a postgraduate<br />

It is specifically designed to enable<br />
candidates to join the<br />
Postgraduate Diploma in Human<br />
Resources Management<br />
(<strong>University</strong> of Wales). It may also<br />
provide the necessary skills<br />

This course will help you develop<br />
analytical and research skills in<br />
preparation for higher-level<br />
studies within business subject<br />
areas. For example, it will help<br />
ease the transition from a Level 3<br />
course, or other unrelated degree<br />
courses, and provide an insight<br />
into the expectations at Level 7<br />

Entry requirements<br />
Acceptance onto the course is<br />
subject to an interview with a<br />
member of the <strong>Doncaster</strong><br />
Business School, human<br />
resources teaching team. You<br />
should hold a Level 3 qualification<br />
eg Certificate level qualification,<br />
or an appropriate level of relevant<br />
experience in human resources<br />
management, or other relevant<br />
management experience.<br />
Students wishing to progress onto<br />
Starts<br />
September and February<br />
required to join other businessrelated<br />
postgraduate courses,<br />
subject to fulfilling the entry<br />
requirements.<br />
Course description<br />
Tuition and support is central to<br />
the programme. Our tutors are<br />
experienced human resources<br />
practitioners who are either<br />
Chartered Members or Fellows of<br />
the CIPD.<br />
the MSc in Human Resources<br />
Management and the Masters in<br />
Business Administration (MBA)<br />
must have a minimum of three<br />
years human resources experience<br />
and successfully complete this<br />
course.<br />
