If you want a career in marketing,<br />

but don't have the qualifications<br />

or the experience, then the<br />

Introductory Certificate in<br />

Marketing is for you. This course<br />

is aimed at people who want to<br />

find out more about marketing,<br />

whether they are in a job that<br />

involves marketing or not.<br />

Typically, you might be new to<br />

marketing, working in an<br />

administrative role, or have a little<br />

marketing involvement working<br />

in roles such as: event<br />

management assistant, personal<br />

assistant, customer service<br />

assistant. You may be a nonmarketer<br />

This qualification offers both a<br />

fast and fantastic route into a<br />

and skills to support others in<br />

basic marketing tasks.<br />

Unit 2: Understanding<br />

Customer Relationships<br />

Entry requirements<br />

This is an open access<br />

qualification, so no qualifications<br />

or marketing experience is<br />

necessary. However, some work<br />

experience would be<br />

advantageous.<br />

Cost<br />

£470.00 (CIM studying membership<br />

and assessment fees are not<br />

included in the <strong>University</strong> <strong>Centre</strong><br />

fees or reduced fees and are<br />

payable direct to the CIM on<br />

enrolment.)<br />

Assessment<br />

and a written project made up of<br />

short work-based tasks. You will<br />

be awarded for each unit<br />

separately, however students who<br />

wish to be awarded the CIM<br />

Introductory Certificate, need to<br />

complete the assessments for<br />

both units successfully.<br />
