Course description
Tuition is provided by experienced
practitioners who are either
Chartered Members or Fellows of
the CIPD.
Assessment
There are no formal traditional
examinations. You will need to
demonstrate your competence in
a variety ways for each module
through work-based evidence, the
completion of assignments and
presentations, and continuous
personal development.
Entry requirements
Acceptance onto the course is
subject to an interview by a
member of the CIPD team. You
will also need access to an
organisation’s training or learning
and development function.
