A world of possibilities while working with only one station! <strong>The</strong> palletizing station is compri<strong>sed</strong> of the following functional blocks: Handling <strong>devi</strong>ce. It is compri<strong>sed</strong> of two pneumatic cylinders arranged in two coordinate shafts. <strong>The</strong> container is clamped using a vacuum pad located in one of the cylinders. This allows the transfer of the container from the conveyer belt to the palletizing ramps. Palletizing platform. <strong>The</strong> two platform lanes allow the containers to be stored and organized in different lots. A mechanism which acts as a ramp locates the containers one behind the other. Once the lots have <strong>been</strong> completed, two cylinders free the way for the containers to move up to the dispatch ramp. Conveyer belt. Each station <strong>has</strong> a transfer section as a part of the AMHS (Automated Material Handling System), actuated by a continuous current motor. Each section includes a series of sensors and cylinders which control the inflow of the containers and detect queues (giving the order to paralyze the extraction of more containers). A BCR identifies each of the containers which reach the station.
