The major acquisitions and disposals that took place in 2009 and<br />
2010 were undertaken by the parent company. They relate mainly<br />
to software development for production information systems and<br />
the sports betting platform.<br />
The other acquisitions in 2010 mainly stem from LVS and LB Poker<br />
