In the right pane of the Services window, double-click HiPath ProCenter. The HiPath ProCenter Properties dialog box appears. In the Startup type list, choose Manual and then click OK. Close the Services window and restart the computer. Proceed to perform the steps in Section 4.1.3, “Preparing to save a design database to production”, on page 4-13. b) If this is a new installation or if there is no potential for resource conflict, click Yes, and proceed to perform the steps in Section 4.1.4, “Installing a private SSL certificate (Web callback only)”, on page 4-14. 4.1.3 Preparing to save a design database to production If performing an upgrade and there is the potential for resource conflict, when ready to load a design database into production, HiPath ProCenter must be running with only the Administration and Config Sync servers running. This ensures that HiPath ProCenter does not try to route calls before the system is fully configured. To prepare HiPath ProCenter to save a design database to production: 1. Open the Services window. 2. In the right pane of the Services window, double-click HiPath ProCenter. The HiPath Procenter Properties dialog box appears. 3. In the Start Parameters box, type -WorkingWithDatabases, click Start, and then click OK. This starts the Administration and Config Sync servers only. 4. Close the Services window. You can now put the design database for this customer into production. For information on putting a configured design database production, see the Initial Manager Configuration chapter of the Planning and Design Guide. When the design database has been saved to production, you should restore the HiPath ProCenter service to start automatically.
