• Electronic recording standards are supported through the following ca pa bil i ties: binary
data saving, batch function, login function, and op er a tion history saving.
• Electronic signature standards are supported by the sign-in function and login function.
Application software
• Sign-in through DX100P/DX200P and through PC software.
• Sign-in information is stored as attachments to measurement fi les to protect the security
of the orig i nal data.
Leading-edge networking functions
The DX100P/DX200P are standard-equipped with an Ethernet port so you can im me di ate ly
con nect to an existing LAN or WAN. Networking functions such as email
notifi cations, remote mon i tor ing through a Web browser, and FTP fi le transfers are sup port ed.
A variety of display functions
The DX100P/DX200P have wide-viewing-angle, high-resolution TFT col or liquid crys tal
dis plays for superior screen clarity. In addition, they have a variety of display func tions,
including trend, bar graph, digital, and overview displays.
Flexible storage options
The following storage media options can be selected according to your applications:
CompactFlash memory card, Zip disk. In addition, a variety of fi le formats are sup port ed,
so you can effi ciently save just the data you need. Because the DX Series do not use
paper or ink for recording, effi ciency is improved and total cost of ownership is re duced.
Maximum reliability
Internal memory is fl ash memory, which does not require a battery backup. You can also
back up data to multiple destinations through your network.

Hybrid Recorder
The DR240 hybrid recorder is a panel-mounted industrial recorder equipped with a highly
reliable, high breakdown solid-state relay de vel oped by Yokogawa. This recorder has
excellent environmental durability and is ideal for process monitor applications.
•Environmental durability you can rely on
The DR240 provides the environmental durability and reliability you need for ap pli ca tions
in harsh fi eld environments. The input scanner unit contains a surface-mount ed high
break down solid-state relay developed by Yokogawa. This feature helps sig nifi cant ly
re duce the unit’s size while improving reliability.
• Superior design freedom
The DR240 is available as a simple 30-channel (maximum) standalone model and an
expandable model that can be expanded from 10 to 300 channels in the fi eld.
• Networking capability
The DR240 can be equipped with an Ethernet (10BASE-T) port so you can build a sim ple
network or connect to an on-premises LAN for re mote data acquisition and cen tral ized
data management.
• An economically sensible choice
Remote measurement at distances up to 500 meters re duc es wiring re quire ments, and the
unit’s small size helps you save space.
• PC-friendly
You can easily create a PC-based data acquisition environment. In ad di tion, a fl oppy drive
can be added.
•Wide variety of I/O modules
A wide variety of input modules are available, including voltage, temperature
(thermocouple, RTD), contact, strain, pulse, power monitor, and mA (DC current). The
large ar ray of mod ules also includes a communication module and alarm output mod ule.
