Martin Carpenter leads the IT and
facilities teams as head of central services
at Notting Hill Housing Group which he
joined in 2010.
Carpenter previously worked for a variety
of private-sector companies, including
EC Harris and Serco. He is a Fellow of the
British Computer Society.
Helen Milner has worked in the online
industry since 1985, working in the
1980s/90s in the private sector delivering
a ground-breaking schools online service
in England and Australia, and since the
late 90s in innovating services to help
community partners deliver learning,
usually for adults who missed out the
first time round.
Milner leads the team which coordinates
the UK Online Centres partner network of
4,000 community organisations working
to help people to use the internet for the
first time. She has chaired the National
Digital Inclusion and Social Housing
Strategy Group since 2008.
Joseph Pettit has been working in the
housing sector for the past five years,
specialising in delivering document
management solutions.
Pettit has an in-depth knowledge
of ‘whole life cost’ and return on
investment-based strategies from his
previous experience in the banking sector.
David Leach is an innovative business
leader with a proven track record of
transforming businesses through the
effective use of technology and people
development.
With extensive experience across Europe
in the financial services and logistics
sectors, he is now focused on leading
the transition to a more ICT-enabled
approach to front-line service delivery at
Orbit Group.
