Paul O’Reilly joined Aareon UK Limited
in 1996 after working in housing
management for seven years. He initially
worked in Aareon’s implementation team,
covering a number of roles ranging from
trainer to implementation consultant.
O’Reilly’s experience includes both local
authorities and RSLs of varying sizes and
structures. He has been Aareon’s senior
pre-sales consultant since 2003.
Paul Lees strongly believes that
organisational transparency to
stakeholders drives up quality but thinks
that most organisations are getting this
wrong by focusing too many resources
on a relatively small number of tenants,
often in unproductive meetings. He is
active on twitter as @paulflees.
Brian Moran cares passionately about
governance and is a self-confessed
technology addict. He is at his happiest
when the two collide. He is active on
twitter as @brimoran.
Roy Wood has over 12 years’ experience
designing and selling IT managed
services. Graduating from Exeter
University in 2000, he joined BSG
and established himself as a business
development specialist.
In 2005, Wood was one of the co-founders
of BSG’s managed service division which
was bought by Advanced in 2009.
Chris Battye has worked in the housing
sector for the last eight years. Before
that, he was the client services director
of a Yorkshire-based solutions provider,
where he was responsible for the
implementation and support of firstgeneration
ERP solutions, finance systems
and industry-specific applications.
