In its latest partnership development
project, Orchard has been working with
practitioners from three leading housing
providers – Aspire Housing, Coast &
Country Housing and South Liverpool
Homes – to develop the first resident
involvement and campaign management
solutions fully integrated into the
housing management system.
This has required a great deal of creative
thinking, and in this session Orchard
will present new ideas and concepts
which promise to drive forward business
thinking in this increasingly important
field.
An executive view of how to draw all
aspects of a housing provider together,
from CEO to operatives. The presentation
will cover government, economic and
regulatory drivers, operational resource
management, tenant engagement and
long-term asset growth.
Radian’s presentation will cover the
benefits of CRM for both end-users and
tenants, including an assessment of
the time saved by the centralisation of
information into one core application.
This session will also look at workflow
integration to streamline the reporting
process for urgent repairs, and how
document scanning can improve the
quality, visibility and performance of
business processes.
Eight years ago, the Regenda Group
embarked on a journey to bring five
disparate housing associations together
to create a single trading entity, a task
which was only completed in March 2011.
This session explores the reasons for
change, the various stages on the journey,
our planning and project management
processes, the supporting ICT systems, the
financial impact on the organisation and,
not least, the impact on the quality of
customer services.
With 15 years’ experience in housing
sector, Aidan Dunphy drives Orchard’s
product strategy, responding to emerging
needs and opportunities in the sector
and ensuring that Orchard’s products
are developed and communicated in the
most effective way.
Richard Bayley is responsible for
developing strategy, producing
the business plan and monitoring
performance across Places for People.
Before joining Places for People in 2006,
he held several senior management roles
at BAA plc covering strategy and planning
for the development of Heathrow and
Gatwick airports.
Latterly, Bayley was head of strategic
planning at Heathrow Airport, in charge
of the overall Heathrow ‘Masterplan’
including additional runway and terminal
capacity.
Judith Comber is responsible for the
implementation of system modules
including all aspects of testing, training
and ongoing support, most recently CRM
within IBS Open Housing. She is currently
working on the upgrade of Radian’s
document scanning system across five
office locations
Ian Ward has worked in ICT for over
40 years, over 30 years of which in IT
management. He joined Regenda Group
eight years ago as head of ICT and has
enjoyed both the challenges and the
rewards of working in a not-for-profit
organisation.
